Hillman Site : ウィキペディア英語版 | Hillman Site
The Hillman Site ((フランス語:Site fortifié Hillman)) was a German command post built during the Second World War and located at Colleville-Montgomery in Normandy, France. ==Presentation==
In 1942, during the Second World War, in the Southern part of Colleville-Sur-Orne (renamed Colleville-Montgomery after the war), the German Army built a fortification consisting of eighteen concrete underground passages and rooms. It became known as ''Hillman'', after the codename given to the bunkers by the British for the D-Day landings of 6 June 1944.
